After graduating from law school in 1990 as Class Valedictorian, Michael L. Justice settled into a civil litigation and trial firm handling a variety of cases, including employment discrimination lawsuits. Michael started his own firm in 1995 focusing more on employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters. Since then, Michael has handled hundreds of Plaintiff cases to completion, through settlement or trial. In 2008, Mike became a member of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates), which is one of his proudest accomplishments. Since starting his own firm, Michael has successfully represented Plaintiffs in all manner of employment discrimination cases including race, sex, age, disability, pregnancy discrimination, and sexual harassment cases.
Michael is trained as a mediator and arbitrator, having handled hundreds of mediations and arbitrations as a mediator, fact-finder, and advocate.
