Julie Weber was an active litigator for over 30 years before she started her mediation practice. Her litigation practice primarily focused on representation of management, although she also handled a number of matters for individual Plaintiffs. After representing clients in hundreds of successful mediations as a litigator, Julie transitioned into the role of mediator. Julie has been very well received as a mediator by both Plaintiff and Defense counsel.
Julie’s mediation practice has focused on employment law and personal injury. She has also mediated matters involving real estate disputes and professional errors and omissions.
Julie ensures that all parties to the mediation are comfortable with the process so that the parties can work toward a successful resolution of the issues. Julie is recognized as a mediator by government agencies, bar associations and Courts of the State of California.
