We think pricing should be fair, reasonable and transparent. We offer flat rate packages for 2 hour, 3 hour and 6 hour mediation sessions.

1. Is this a paid gig?
Yes. It varies some by practice area but you will be paid $300 – $500 per hour.
2. Do I need formal mediation training?
Some FairClaims mediators have formal training, others do not. We simply note that in your profile. The more important thing is whether you can be effective.
3. What is the required commitment?
Mediators can accept or reject matters based on their availability.
4. What is the application process?
We will review all submissions and invite the top nominees to complete a full application + send us a 5 minute video telling us more about their background, experience and approach.
